Inspection and Repair Are Commercially Separate
Repair work is not automatically included in the inspection price. Once findings are documented, any recommended works are quoted separately so you can decide what proceeds.
Larger, invasive or specialist works may be undertaken by vetted trade partners where appropriate. Not all work is performed directly by the inspecting engineer.
